 FAQs

  • We are situated in the heart of Serengeti National Park. Depending on the season, our camp operates either in the Central Serengeti (Seronera area) or the Northern Serengeti near the Mara River. This positioning allows excellent year-round game viewing and access to the Great Migration during its river-crossing months.

  • Wildlife viewing in the Serengeti is excellent year-round.

    • July–October: Great Migration river crossings in the north (Kogatende/Mara River).

    • November–June: Superb resident game and predator action in Central Serengeti.
The dry season (June–October) brings clear skies, while the green season (Nov–May) offers lush scenery and fewer vehicles.

  • The migration is driven by rainfall and grass growth, so timing shifts each year. Typically, the herds reach the Northern Serengeti between July and October for potential Mara River crossings. In other months, the Central Serengeti offers outstanding resident wildlife and predator action.

  • Your stay includes full-board accommodation (breakfast, lunch, dinner), tea/coffee, filtered water, daily game drives with a professional guide, and laundry (light items). Excluded are park and concession fees, premium drinks, hot-air ballooning, gratuities, and flights.
